Audio sync on freeview box

Is it normal on freeview to get audio out of sync with the video?

Or is it just a crap freeview box I've bought...

what box do u have m8 ?
u could try a simple reboot if u havent tried that already
unplug from mains for a minute or so

Never had that problem with four differant boxes I've had at various times since the OnDigital days.

It doesn't happen all the time, it seems to come and go on most if not all channels.
Its just a cheapo from Aldi, I've tried rebooting etc but it still comes and goes.

I guess the software still has a few bugs, I've left the auto-update on so I'll see what happens if it updates, it has another two weeks to sort itself else I'll take it back.

I used to get that on the freeview channels with my Phillips Ondigital box which I got December 2000. It hasnt happened yet with my Samsung lcd tv which has freeview built in, which ive had for a week now.

sounds a bit like a dodgy box... the data is received as close to real time as possible and the internal buffer should sort out syncing problems..
