atmel 512 reader

I am loooking to read atmel 512 chip.
What is the cheapest way to do this to get my net id changed as i am only using it once and will just be selling on.
Also with shit soldering skills how difficult is this to remove on a scale of 1-10 .
I can get pro solderer to remove but would prefer self if i could manage.

What do you need to read it for??

i need to take it of and i thought re-program but i have bought 2 blank ones so i believe you just need to swap for blank one then use card to set net id .
