Are there unsubbed boxes that can split of the ntl tw c&w signal that comes into my house,i was scanning e-bay and a few boxes are either misleading or it can be done by patching?I,m fairly sure it can be done but not for the price these boxes are going at.could some one list a fewcheap ones.

yes any box can split of your subbed line feed.
