Are ArnEt Kryptviews down?

Mines been stuck on "scrambled or no video" for 40 mins and counting (pure nthell)

ArnEt Kryptview not updating keys

my box has not updated with the latest keys, just getting message scrambled or no video.
need to know if we can manual input keys

Just tried that, made no difference to mine.
Still only got freeview channels?

i did that malc, and also left it for a few mins before switching back on... still no luck.
i'll give it a bit longer... are you in a pure area?

yes m8, i am in pure, only took a few seconds to come back on

Forgot to mention,i've got my 2nd kryptview out the bedroom plugged into next doors, that box as failed to update too,only have freeview on both?

I Had this problem last night! Watched freeview for about 50 mins then it was back on!

I've noticed that too m8. My Eurovox Max took a lot longer to update today than its ever took also my Arnet box was the same but eventually cleared the channels.

I normally don't jump the gun,but i'd been trying for ages to sort it before i started this thread.
