App developing program - cash register

Hi All,

I was wondering how easy it is to create an app for the iPad and iPhone? Im looking for a basic app that will total things up for me on sales and then give me a list of what i have sold at the end of the day.

I have had a look on the App Store and only things i can find is ones who want £xxx a month but I'm not trading enough to be able to afford that at the moment.

So i just need to be able to name the buttons and then put a price on the button so it totals up the sales and then it gives me a list of how many of what i have sold during the day.

I did think about trying to summat with excel but i no nothing about macros and buttons on there.

Any help or recommendations would be a great help. I maybe willing to pay someone a one off fee if someone could design this for me?
