CD & DVD Anyone tried DUP-DVD?

I have recently tried DUP-DVD. This is a neat little program for backing up DVD to VCD with basically one button operation and only requires around 2G HD space. The trial version only allows you to burn around a 1/4 of a DVD but results are pretty good.
Anyway I have now got the trial version licenced but am still finding that it only copies a 1/4 of the DVD even though it says it is now a fully functional program.

Has anyone else tried this software or experienced similar problems and if so how did you get around it.

i think nearly everyone has tried it and yes on all occasions it has only burnt disc 1 of 2 and never asks for a second disc!! ITS A "DUD" DVD......................lol

unhless anyone knows any different.
