anybody got a tgb 202 classic piece of s**e scooter

looking at this for my nephew and the coont aint getting a good spark so borrowed a cdi form a local bike shop and still a spark,no enough to start it

No sparking or
poor sparking
I . Defective spark plug. Replace
2. Defective CDI & ignition coil unit. Replace
3. Defective magneto stator coil. Replace
4. Loose connection of lead wire. Connect

io have already replaced the spark plug and tried another cdi,,,,any way i can test the others

check that all the earths are good earths, any corrosion rub down and use vaseline to protect in future

Its not just damp in the ht lead is it ? Try spraying wd40 on the leads.

Is the plug gap correct ?

Is the plug cap in good condition ?

will try the wd40,plug gap is correcto,the plug cap is in good condition
am thinking it could be the ignition coil unit maybe lol

well cleaned all the contacts and earths,fitted a new spark plug also took the carburettor of an notice some water in the,so gave carb a good clean and made sure everything was nice and tight and sealed,he now has a scooter that runs sweet
