they dont actually make any money selling penny listings..
what they do get is positive ratings fromother penny listers.
try it for your self, put 100 pictures of a monkey for sale at 1p and youll sell them in jig time to algerians (who incidentally are all selling items for 1p).

it's just a way to get a good feedback score before they bump some poor sod who hasnt got the brains to check how they got such a positive rating.
