Hi guys

a cousin of mine had found out that there are two contract mobile phone on 02 had been taken out on her name.

1. she has moved out from the pervious address for two years and contract been taken out just over a year. now everything is on her credit file.

what she should or can do to solve this issue out?

First thing to do is to write to both O2 and the credit reference agencies disputing the issue.

well if that was me i would phone the police & have a chat, surely that's against the law, then you would probably have a crime number & that would make it a lot easier when dealing with o2 or the credit agency
