Ok guys there seems to be some differences, for the record I am using the latest Firefox and Vista and I cannot upload when the option is set to on. Maybe it is a browser/windows/forum problem.
Anyone with the same setup as me uploading with the option =ON?

Note no problem when set to OFF.
