Software Activation office 2010

Hi

Hope someone can clear this up for me. I had to reinstall my Office 2010 and following the activation process it reported Office Activated. I closed Word down and re-opened it went through configuration and said now configured shut down and reopen, which I did and now is says Office not activated?

Can anyone guide me how to get rid of this please PM if if you want.

It is a volume version and fortunately I have received help from another source which has solved the problem but I appreciate you taking time out to try to help

If you have more Microsoft activations to do Microsoft Toolkit is the best, will do both office and windows.
