Acer ES1-531 Issues

My red Acer ES1-531 laptop Win 10 Home OS keeps freezing without warning - i.e. no communication via either mouse or pad & no flashing cursor pointer - sometimes it powers itself off to reboot 'normally' but sometimes I have to power off to reboot.
I have run Malwarebytes, diskchk, Registry Mechanic, cmd scannow - but none seem to resolve the issues.

Any advice would be appreciated.
