Linux access linux hd via win7

Hi all, might be a silly/easy question for some but is there anyway I can access a linux hard drive through windows 7? when plugging the hd in via usb windows does not recognize the drive but if i open my partition program it shows up, I want to be able to access and modify the files if possible?

You'll need a Windows driver for the file system used. This is most likely a version of ext.

Thanks for the reply, I've found a driver on google and got it working, I didnt know what I was looking for to start with which is probably why I had no luck lol, can't believe I didnt think of searching for a driver lol.
