Although lots of motherboards can take the Athlon XP processor, the BIOS will need to be flashed with an updated BIOS image before the system can be booted successfully (As I found out LOL) <img src="wink.gif" border="0">
The catch is that the board must be booted up to the point where you can use a system disk to get a DOS prompt to run the flash utility <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> or it just hangs <img src="eek.gif" border="0">
So make sure you have a processor to hand which the board will support...just to boot it <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
