Hi guys my box lights up front panel and inside remote wont work and tv says no signal pretty new to this so bought a tm800hd but would love to get dm working again any ideas muchly greatful Bri...

Probably be a corrupt/bad flash attach box to a computer with a null modem cable and reflash the box with DCC. "Dreambox control Centre" or Dream Up it's in the downloads section

You will need a computer with a serial cable output, and a null modem cable, that is a serial cable with 9 pins there only a couple of quid on ebay.

Just type in dm500 null modem cable in ebay, and download your image from the download section, I would recommend the open pli max var image.

if not once you sorted again make sure you back up image for safe keeping
