500s No Sound on Few chanels

I just moved to PLi Image downloaded from here.

However I am now not getting sound on few chanels. Only Sound option I found in the menu is to enable/disble the AC3 default which I have turned off. However still no sound on few chanels.

Any ideas ?

Hello, I do not get any sound options on yellow button.

I was hoping that downmix will solve it but can't find that option at all..!

is this on movie channels, press Audio button on remote and select one of the other audio streams (not NAR)
