30 mins waiting in the queue

I have found a neat trick to queue jump your sky call.

i noticed when i called up somenight and followed the path to my problem 30 mins wait..

i then selected the HD option and it said 1 mins wait..


everytime i call up now i just hit the HD option.

also think hitting the # or * key jumps the que will ask the misses also works on other call centers there was a thing on the tv about it before

choosing the option to upgrade your subscription always works too.

funny that how they want to speak with someone offering more money!

When you are connected it will not say welcome to SKY you will onlly know it is SKY once you select an option.
