My mum (on pension credit) gets the warm home discount scheme government letter every year, but all the bills are in my name except for the rent and council tax (mum's name).
I spoke to the helpline earlier this year and they said I needed to change the energy supplier billing name to my mum's name to qualify, which I did not do but may do if and when I change energy supplier.
