technomate 5402 m2. freezing glitching help?

ok lads had the same problem now for a long time does not matter how many c and n lines ive tryed always get the same problem freezing glitching pausing. then i contact my provider at there end and they say every thing is ok at there end. it must be my end. ive had another dish put up new lmb. new virgin router still get the same problem. ive got blade 7000s down stairs which is wire connection. and ive a technomate 5402 m2 version up stairs .. which is run off tp 500 mbs home plugs.. every time i try a new provider they all say are my service is spot on and this does not happen with mine then guess what i try a line then back to square one.. ive read some were about this working for some people (disable emm's) but not sure on how to do this could any one help with this . as i cant think of any thing more that will fix these problems. thanks

Does the tm5402 work ok on wired connection down stairs?
If yes then homeplugs issue, if no then its server issue.

ar you using the same line on both boxes?

never tryed the technomate down stairs like..i thought home plugs were good as well.. some times box down stairs does it but the bloke i get my service from sent me a screen shot from his end showing me a picture of my details and he says they were all fine.. and both diffrent providers as well

diffrent lines from diffrent providers both n lines as well

Time to try down staits with TM then for sure.
Should be your first port of call now.

will try the techno down stairs if this still happens what else could it be down to bad wires router ports are some am just guessing here like.. ive got a few splitters running from my virgin media wire as well could this cause a problem

If the blade works ok and the TM doesn't downstairs try the blade lines in the tm stb.
The blade and TM are the same stb basically.

al give it a go.. i seem to think its down to some thing else because ive tryed what i no. with no joy

Seems you have issues with the blade as well then?

I have the same issue with my TM5402 HD MK2, it freezes and glitches all the time. I have two sealions from different providers and it is connected via ethernet cable. I have two Openboxes (S9 & S10) and they both work perfectly with both lines. So, in conclusion, it is not the providers nor the connection to the internet, so it must be an issue with the TM.

I have flashed it with every version of Phantompatch (101p, 102p, 107p, 109p and 110p) and there are all exactly the same. I have tried manually configuring the network connection and tried DHCP as well, no difference.

TBH I have given up now and the Openboxes work well anyway, however, the tuner in the TM is more sensitive than the Openbox ones.

I have TM5402 MK2 running 109p working perfect using homeplugs.
Also have TM5402 MK1 running spot on using ethernet cable.

read somewhere that one of the earlier patches work better with a sealion ,you need to try them all mate to see which one works best for you

Full flash it. Try new firmware.

Although my Openbox worked perfectly, I have changed my provider, my 2 sealions now work well in both machines, you still get the annoying 'scrambled' on some channels sometimes, the only answer is to power the box off and back on, it usually clears it. It is really weird, it happened this morning, I could get every channel okay except UTV Ireland and Channel 4+1, turned the box off/on, all okay??

can someone help me please, I have technomate 5402 M2 and have mistakingly deleted sports and now, I can find any sports channels to watch and doesn't know how to restorecan anyone help me please. thanks

Load yours or someone elses channel list.
Plenty in dl section.
