How do I enter the token on a fire stick please?

Can't get this file to download on my firestick. I'm using Downloader but when I click on the file I just get the red line flash across the top as if it's downloading but nothing else happens. I can download it to my laptop so is there another way? Thanks

Update: Firstly thanks to everyone for all the help. I did manage to sideload some of the apps from this site but found them quite patchy although the Cinema HD app works great. I decided to go down the Kodi route so my latest question is which is thee best addon for live sports please?
