hi, are the magnets within range of the contacts when doors are closed, have you tested the contacts with a multimeter. just a thought

if you leave it on constant and it doen't get hot then try and adjust temperature setting on thermostat, is it the correct length of thermostat for the immerser? i.e. is it a side entry immerser or top entry.

possibly 1 hour is not long enough for water to reach temperature or maybe the immerser thermostat faulty.

tried both shift keys, still doesn't work. had the problem on windows 7 so upgraded to 10 and same problem

hi guys, got a samsung Q310 laptop and the upper special characters don't work when you hold the shift key ,all the lower one's work ok. i have changed the default us keyboard to uk keyboard but still have same problem, any ideas what the problem might be . TIA
