Unzip the contents to your plugin folder in DVBViewer then update you line e.t.c in cardclient.conf
the format is a bit different
N: line.webhop.org 443 USER PASS 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
would convert to this
newcamd2:line.webhop.org:443:1/0000/0000:USER
ASS:0102030405060708091011121314
