BER should be 0 for a good reception.
my SNR sticks at 63% on all channels, i get every channel perfect, signal levels arnt accurate and they vary from different receivers and images.
i would try an anttenuator first to see if your signal is to strong, its cheaper than buying a signal booster to find out you dont need 1.

is your the zgemma then mate as with anything ive tried i would not even get a lock at 63% but the zegmmas are notorious for incorrect signal readings.
It is definitely bad screenshot quality!
