howto change picon size

I have a duo2 box with picons installed there fine on my box
but on the info screen when i change channel the picons are too large any idea how to change it im using black hole image

I use a program called FSResizer to change mine to 100x60

I don't know what size you would need for your box sorry

Thanks for reply were would I get program from. Some skins r ok but the one I use is not
