hi guys - had an old hp pc laying around, had an old celeron 2.7 intel processer in it, pc was working perfectly well for years just a tad slow... thought id open it up, cleaned heat sink full off dust etc...took heat sink off...removed cpu....just out of curiosity lol...anyway put it all back , now the damm pc wont work..it powers up....and the fan just keeps on...the green light on front of pc stays on...cant turn it off , have to pull the power from behind the pc...made sure everything was connected...cpu is the right way way round as the corner with arrow matches the socket on the motherboard that has the mark...any ideas what i did wrong or is the cpu dead...no beeps or anytrhing , nothiing on monitor as well..
