alternative for hack and instalous

as hackulos has gone what is the alternative for the above mentioned
i have an ipod touch 4g and am just jailbreaking so what can i use instead ?

Not really an answer to your question. But I thought installous could still work to install apps as I had done previously using Winscp to ftp ipa files. But on opening installous today, it is disabled with an API error.

You can still use this method but I believe you have to cut the Internet connection, like putting the phone into aeroplane mode. Installous should not quit, then transfer your ipa's and install

Zeusmos is an alternative to installous, works ok but categories arnt loading for me.
I have to either search an app or look in top rated apps

The only one I found works was appcake hd and seemingly just one version and that's the one from the appcake repo that biffo posted. I updated mine and then it started to fail so I reverted back to the appcake repo version and all has been well.
Easier to use than installous too, the direct link downloads are painless.
