well we took the lead and we actually looked the better team when we got at them and didnt let them play... tactics second half i knew straight away we were in for a thrashing and i said so to the missus. Ive seen to too often with leeds we look good on the attack but we cant defend well i say cant defend i mean we cant stand off and defend.
If we get into teams and dont give them time we can defend but we struggle against championship teams when we stand off and so when i saw 2nd half we were standing off against the champions of europe i knew it wasnt going to go well.
score line flattened them a bit as we went for it and left big holes at the back which let them get at least 3 of the goals and the first goal was a poor goalie error (although he made some great saves int he match) he fecked up.
i think we held our own but the tactic change ruined it for me and i knew like i said it was going to be a 5/6 goal scoreline when i saw we started to stand off.
Lost my bet but not that unhappy based on the first half we played.... 2nd half i'd rather forget.
