-Use lucky patcher, scroll to copilot, long press, remove licence, before launch to remove licence check
-Then launch create co-pilot id and download map of choice.

Does it have to be rooted snapman?? I have cracked version 8 on wifes phone and its not rooted?

I was just going to try this on her phone

What do it mean when ou say it has to be rooted? and how this done .....as you can see i'm new to this.....help!

'Rooting' your phone basically means adding a program that allows you to completely access and change your phones operating system, but invalidates your warranty. I've not heard of any phones being 'bricked', i.e. your phone being completely unusable from some folks that have done it, but I've personally not gone down this route.

thanks for the link dave i have followed the instructions but when it comes to creating the id the text input is doing my head in it just wont let me enter the words it keeps changing them so even if i get as far as a password it adds extra letters and as it is a password i have no idea what it is adding so they never match

try changing input method? are you using stock keyboard?
worked first time for me.

yes I am using the standard keyboard i think it is the orange one as it is my new unlocked rooted monte carlo but i am still using the orange firmware as i am waiting for cm9 to cure the camera before flashing it will try changing the input method to android thanks

installed this the other week there, and installed to uk maps.

but im going to crete soon and want the greek maps, but it wont let me download additional maps now. is there anyway to download those maps.
i have deleting the uk one, but it only gives me the option to download that one again
