Will this work with Dm500s m8. if not have you got something else that will.

for dm500s, download dreamup from dmm site, fire it up, connect null modem lead between pc and receiver and power on the receiver, dreamup will sort out the boot loaders, click flash, select your image, when it asks about flash erase click Ja (yes) and let it do its thing

Sorry mate is this an image loader, i have a dreambox here but the network does not work wondered if i could put files on it through a serial cable.

when i tired to load it it showed an error message which say "Failed to open com port : \\.\COM1, Error No. - 2l" could you please help out me out with what to do. Thanks alot.
