Hi all, does anyone here cycle much?
I ask because I have read many conflicting reports on methods for losing weight.
One is obviously cycle lots, eat less.
The other is specific to cadence - it suggests using a lighter gear, therefore pedalling more will be better than using a higher gear , pushing harder.
Does anyone have any help for a n old overweight man?
