just rest battery on a 4001 and its botted upwith the virgin media powering up...just a moment. screen but its been on this a good half an hour now thats a long moment!!! anyone else had this problem?

you could try power off hold chanel down button power on (holding button) wait for display to read BOOT then let button go

just tried that but has straight back to powering up just a moment screen...unless it just takes a really long time!!! any ideas anyone or can someone confirm that there only took a couple of minutes??

try a forced update see if it gose all the way through

do you do that by holding the down button in and rebooting??? if not is it worth reseting the battery again?
