So, I decided to buy some planters to plant some vegetables on some unused area in my garden with the intention of growing potatoes and other easy to grow root veg. Also am planning on stocking up some cheap tins from lidl like peas, carrots, tinned tomatoes, beans and other essentials stuff with a long shelf life. Also getting in some yeast or bread mixes. Long life milk.

Am I crazy and listening to the hype or savvy and getting prepared?

(I want out the EU even if it means a no deal)

I guess I'm in for an extended holiday if the shite hits the fan like all the remainers are saying.I'm out the country so I guess I won't be coming back when not planes are allowed to fly over eu air space. I guess I can bring a suitcase full of tomatoes and beans back and dump the fags I was thinking of bringing back :D

can I still w@nk myslef blind over east european porn or will I need some kind if visa because I'm worried I wont be able to hold the pen properly to fill the form in. My hand has permanent pins and needles and my wrist is killing me.

England survived 2nd World War blitz where seas were blocked by Ubots, luftwaffe in the sky. People didn't day of hunger either. Now politicians want everybody to believe that a few cunning lawyers can do what the whole german army couldn't - isolate the country and starve it till it surrenders. Like in medieval siege warfare.

Wasn't just England who survived the 2nd World War mate. Brexit doesn't only affect England either. We can do these things as we are a United Kingdom.

Brexit is to endanger all supply to England from Europe. True enough. New agreements will be needed with different supplies. However, they will all be cheaper suppliers. Whatever is manufactured in Europe is also made or mined somewhere else - China, India, South Africa etc.

‘England’? Careful there, you don’t want to be accused of being a ‘little englander’ do you?:)

As for ‘survived’, Yes indeed, with the help of eight years of clothes rationing (1941-49), and fourteen years of food rationing (1940-54).

Obviously went over your head mate. England is just one part of Great Britain and the United Kingdom. There are those of us who are Scots,Welsh or from Northern Ireland who are also affected. All I was asking was in this context to use GB or the UK instead of England ;)

In Eu some countries benefit, some loose. The biggest loser is UK. Manufactures hardly anything but volunteers to buy products from friendly eu countries for extortionate prices. So called common Customs Union. You protect me I protect you. Only UK has hardly anything that needs protection.

No need for stocking up, that is just fear tactics from the fascists who do not believe in Democracy better known as Remoaners. Why there is a fear of a "No Deal Brexit"
I cannot understand, take a common sense view of a "No Deal Brexit" the EU do not want to lose one of it's biggest contributers and who also receive the least back, so common sense tells you of course the EU does not want us to leave, in which case what can they do to persuade us to stay ? Of course ! offer us the crappiest Exit Deal possible that ties us into the EU for as long as possible and cost us as much as possible.
So lets try Common Sense again, leave with a "No Deal", cost to us NOTHING ! But then there is the threats of huge duties of British Goods entering Europe and also purposely delaying British Goods entering Europe, that sounds really awful for our businesses. But wait a minute...... Europe export more to Britain than Britain exports to Europe, so we just need to threaten the same high duty and purposely delaying European Goods entering Britain. Do you really thing the European Motor Industry such as Mercedes, VW, Audi, Seat, Renault, Pergeot, Citroen, Fiat, Alpha Romeo and may other car manufacturers would put up with sales damaging high duties and delayed deliveries ? And what about the huge European Wines market where Britain is the biggest sales market, France, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy to name just a few of the European countries that would suffer, then there is the Holiday / Tourist Market do you think that Spain, France, Italy and almost all of the other EU countries will not want to lose the British market as it would be a big blow to them.
Negotiating terms after leaving is the only real common sense option and the only was that Britain will not be shafted.
Also remember there are 53 Commonwealth countries and 14 British Overseas Territories (That sounds better than the remaining 27 EU Countries) that will be more than please to trade with us without the EU duties that they had to face previously.

Here, here , well said my sentiments exactly. If we had of left with no deal I would have placed a large wager on this been all put to bed within in a year and trade would be happily flowing to and from.
and people trust him ? ffs:-
