It's shame you've never met a good MP (of whatever persuasion).
someone who goes to bat for their constituents. pushing local issues and generally getting thing done.
I've got one here. she is locally active and her intentions are aligned, broadly, with those of her constituents.
and there are many like her. OK she's Labour (front bench too) but an MP from the past (harrogate) was a Conservative, and did a damned fine job.
yes there are Fcukwhits. sorry here again Conservative. some tit from Majors front bench was my MP. he was toss all use unless you wanted to build on green belt land, or needed land to set up a golf club.
as I recall it, Dale Campbell Savors MP in the late seventies and young eighties (labour), was much the same.
But no, no party will be all for Joe Bloggs. Because economics just wont let that happen.
its how you balance the public good and the overall economic performance that's the key.
Problem is, one of the current governing party's, is ignoring Joe Bloggs completely.
in fact actually vilifying him!
