Doubt it, dont pay online with debit unless your 100% sure its safe. Lesson learned

It's common knowledge that consumers can claim from their credit card provider in the event of a problem with their purchase.
But less well known is an obscure Visa rule which means that debit card transactions are often covered too.
Called 'chargeback', the process has been agreed to by all banks issuing Visa debit cards.
Claims confusion
Unfortunately not all bank staff have been trained about its existence, so some customers have told us they've had problems making claims. It works by the card issuer charging back the value of a problem purchase to the retailer's bank. Once recovered, this cash can then be passed to the consumer.

if you paid by debit card you cant charge back.
you can ask your bank to stop payment.
debit card transactions dont go through instantly like CC transactions do.
there's a clearing period which can vary depending on which bank you use

this is what i got when i put my order number in to track the order. whats this mean that theve not receive my payment or they trying to skank me? i have instant bank transfer with paypal. so that means you cant cancel it? anyone know?

Hi there been caught myself on some similar websites - http://www.metamorphique.com/index.htm

Log into paypal and start a dispute and hopefully they will either enter a tracking number if they have genuinley sent the GHD's ,or if they dont paypal with end the dispute in your favour and you may just get yoru money back
