Downgrade to IOS 5.1.1 won't work once crapple stops signing IOS 5.1.1 yes even if you have your SHSH saved
I suggest you better downgrade back to IOS 5.1.1 if you are on IOS 6 GM or beta and always check before installing any Cydia tweak if it works perfectly for your device
Also just in case better backup your SHSH you never know!
