The formatting of the hard disk, as the following installation must be done with the disk in the computer where the installation of the operating system will be carried out.
Prepare the ISO of the Windows installer, download the ISO from the official page (the one that is most convenient according to the characteristics of your laptop), with the Rufus tool, choose the type of partition, MBR for Bios or UEFI or GPT for UEFI, some models only allow the second, try one and then re-prepare the ISO with the second option.
Before the process you can test if the disk is in good condition, put the hard drive in another computer and check with the Hard Disk Sentinel tool, it will read the status of the hard drive, if it is good proceed with the above.
