Which is best media player plugin?

Hi,

Want to use my DM800se as a media player as its picture is better than my cheapo media player. Looking for the best media player, i.e. one that can be controlled by the remote (i.e. play, rewind, fast forward, pause and stop all work) and has the ability to select a directory of VOB files to play seamlessly (no break in picture). Saw VLC but that appears to be for streaming from p.c., I have 2 1tb harddrives connected to the box with my ripped DVDs on.

Any suggestions.

hey same here. I have a hard drive in my Dm800 hd se and would like to play files like rmvb or avi directly. any kind soul care to share which plugin to install? thanks!
