You could try unplugging the microwave, video, DVD player etc overnight...anything really that is just on to tell you the time!!!

Dose anyone remember that old post about leaving a card in, pulling the arial?
hold fire for about 5 min's till the box dose a search then plug the arial back in on a selected chanel.
