I think cold be added this site MAC Address and OUI Lookup - Find the Company that manufactured the network card to verify the manufacturer. If it's unknown then it's a clone.

Well a clone is missing the front flap/door magnet so until they correct this it should be a good way to spot a clone.

The originals are made in Korea,you can see this on the backside,i saw quit a few Clones solo2 but never caught one sayed Made in Korea...The magnets i have seen a couple of times on Solo2 clones so thats not the guarantee

I paid £144 delivered for my clone. I'm sure the originals are twice that. Or near enough. Not worth it! If these boxes are fixed with the chip replaced... I'll stick to old original images. No problem.
