Moved Sky HD Channels to the first folder, There are plenty of HD channels now to have it as a main bouquet

These bouquets are positioned identical to the Sky Box, All that is different is the numbering which I find to be very messy when done so I leave it how it is. Enjoy a neat up to date bouquet.

I will be doing Enigma2 Multi Bouquet, But will not for Enigma1 as it takes too long to remove every HD channel from all satellites, Easily too do yourself if you have the time.

Also added Picons for Sky UK,
All correctly mapped and a few obscure ones missing only

Use any FTP client, DCC for example, to transfer the picon directory to
one of the following paths on Flash, HDD, CF or USB respectively:

/usr/share/enigma2
NOT recommended, because of limited capacity of the flash memory

/media/hdd
HDD will keep running indefinitely and may affect image performance

/media/cf
Recommended if CF available and successfully mounted (8000/800)

/media/usb
Recommended if USB available and successfully mounted (8000/800)

Picon will display immediately on zapping, no further setup required!

Always remove old picons from Dreambox before uploading new ones,
Sometimes they don't overwrite correctly

I installed this one on my 500s, and all of a sudden a shed-load of channels are "removed service", including freeview channels (BBC1, etc).

Reverted back to 05/06/12 bouquet, and all's fine :err:

Ive had this when doing mine too ? I done a scan, added the new/changed freq, reloaded to box and some channels were missing :err:
mainly BBC1, Ch5 HD few others

reloaded last bouquets redone the process and all was fine
Odd ? dunno if it was a DBE error
