Samsung LCD Monitor

Hey i have a Samsung 223bw, have a strange problem, the On/off button does not turn the monitor on, but instead activate my magicbright settings , e.g. internet setting, game setting (to change the brightness etc), this is a nightmare, cause i can not turn it off lol

If the monitor goes off, i have no way of turning it back on, i am very curious how this happened and how to fix it

I would call Samsung and see if they can talk you through a fix if not they offer to repair if it is still under warranty... Also I would google the fault to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue.
