i got a road angel from my freind. how do i get updates for it

If its the old black Classic (which i have) then goto the website and register it (you may have to call if your friend has already registered it, this is to stop stolen units), then u have 2 options, 1st is a monthly sub of about £5 or you can sub for life for £99 when i done it. If its a later model you have no choice other than the monthly sub.
The £99 life time is fantasitc value if you plan to keep the unit, this little baby has saved my licence a number of times, weigh that against the subs then your quids in

its the new road angel its working ok the now on camreas blackspots and schools what if it was a stolen one what can i do

well if its from your freind then it wont be stolen would it unless
a) you stole it
b) he stole it or bought it stolen...

well yu can still use it but you need the updates as there about 10000 new cameras which will placed by end of this year...
and i personally dont know blackspots policy on stolen goods..sorry
