Try this rice, is tasty and full of flavor

Ingredients
200 gr rice
40 gms parmesan-grated
100 gr stracchino ( Italian cheese )
100 gr ricotta
30 gr butter
Vegetable broth made with 1/2 litre of water, bouillon cube, 3 courgettes, 1⁄2 onion
Method:
cook the rice in the broth for 10-15 minutes till broth has been absorbed-remove from fire add add butter, cheeses and ricotta.
Whilst the rice is cooking finely slice the courgettes and cook with onion and butter for about 10 mins.
When everything is cooked-mix together sprinkle on the rest of parmesan cheese-and serve.
