The chili con meat is a Mexican dish made ​​up primarily of meat cut into cubes and red beans (or beans) cooked with other ingredients such as peppers, onions, garlic, spices and tomatoes.
The chili con meat served with a warm flour tortillas or rice and served with Mexican bean cream.
Ingredients

1 clove of garlic
Beef broth 150 ml
Cinnamon 1 pinch
Beef /lean beef 250 gr
Pork meat/ pork meat 250 gr
Onions 100 gr
A bunch fresh coriander
Cumin powder 1/4 of a teaspoon
Red beans in box 250 gr
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Ground black pepper to taste
1 fresh chill spicy
Red and yellow peppers 1
Tomato pulp 200 g
Salt q.b.

Method:

To prepare the chili, cut the flesh of beef and pork into cubes peeled the onion and garlic and then chop finely, wash the peppers, cut it in half, remove
the seeds and inner strands and cut into squares. Remove the seeds from the peppers and chop finely.
Continuing in the preparation of pounds, take a pan and arrange the oil, onion, garlic, chili and pepper, fry the ingredients with the meat for 10 minutes,
then add the chopped tomatoes, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper and salt, then simmer for about 25 minutes, adding, if need, beef broth
(you can add at this stage, if desired, grated zest of 1 lime).
After this time, add the beans to thicken the preparation, then turn off the heat.
