can someone please advise me ,
lost plugins on box and sid not found in pat on certain channels (working ok yesterday)

have you tried powering off/on from the rear of box ?
try that first

Which channels ? as SID NOT FOUND IN PAT usually occurs when a channel has changed frequency and therfore the receiver can no longer find it where it expects to. the remedy for which is to do a rescan or load a new set of bouquets. as for missing plugins have you installed or removed any thing from the receiver or changed any settings ?.
