Skybox F5 online to server but sky channels scrambled ??

My skybox f5 is online to server in the CCcam.cfg menu but I can only see freeview channels,
Im 3 months into 12 month subscription
I tried updating the channel list but don't know if it worked as it was the first time I had tried it,
Do I need an update or something or have I been cut off or conned ??
