VU+ Solo HELP - Updated Filezilla and don't know how to connect to VU Solo ?

I updated Filezilla to latest version and can not get on with the interface, the VERY OLD version i had was very simple...

Can anyone help on how to connect to my VU Solo, i have the ip address...

that threw me first time FileZilla updated but the previous connection details were still in the top of FileZilla
