It tells you mate (Untick anonymous) and try again.........

Command: USER anonymous
Response: 331 User anonymous OK. Password required

i was of the understanding that you could put anything in the password. The command line says the password has been accepted surely?

try another ftp program, i have had issues with for example "cuteftp" wouldn't let me make a folder or delete it one of the two, then used "flashFXP" and that works flawlessly.

Just tried annon and it works, sorry my bad, probs getting mixed up with the jtag.

try pinging your ps3 and see if it's stable as well, open a command prompt and type ping YOURPS3IPADDRESS -t

and see if it drops the connection.....

thanks for the replies. I've downloaded a 30 day trial for flashfxp and within 10 seconds I was transferring files to my ps3 so god knows what filezilla was doing:(

Bit steady on wireless though(1.7mb/sec) :grayyawn:

passive is enabled on flashfxp and i used passive and active on filezilla
