eurobox ex7000+HD

Hi,
Does anyone know of anyplace I can find an upgrade to unscramble channels on an ex7000+hd box. I have searched but had no luck

just done a user scan on my ex7000, and got most channels back - including the live boxing

lost a few channels FX HD and Bravo +1. I've done a rescan full and deep but havent got them back.
