Does My N80 need new firmware ??

Hello, My tom tom on me n80 has been freezing, then the map will go grey, then about 20 secs later it is ok, but then after about 45 secs it will do it all again , and again . Any suggestions ??

i have just tried the firmware updater off the nokia website and connected it to me phone but it said there was no updates available. so dont know whats the problem i mentioned above. Any ideas anyone ???:Cheers:

i am with O2 m8. is it v 4 that resolves this problem ? will it be ok with tom tom 6 ?

just found this looking around, looks like it could be a problem if this is what i need to sort out my initial problem.
